Refund policy

Returns on Regular Orders

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Returns require Kathy’s approval, and the item must not have been damaged by the customer. Tasny Designs will pay return shipping for approved returns. Please contact us through the Contact page for approval and return instructions before mailing an item back.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 25% deposit. Once you approve your custom order, it is non-refundable.
